To start spell-checking a layout page, click on the Run command on the MapSpeller toolbar.

To start spell-checking field values in a table, select the Spell Check with MapSpeller command from the column header context menu.

Once the proofing process has run using either method, the Potential Typos dialog is shown if errors are found. From that dialog, users can interact with the typos and fix them at their original locations.

Important Notes

Users can fine tune the MapSpeller settings to their likings in the MapSpeller Options dialog prior to starting the proofing process
If the MapSpeller extension is turned off or if the extension or the current user not registered, the Run command will be disabled
The MapSpeller spell-checker ignores all objects outside of the layout page printable area
