Removing Words from Dictionaries

To remove a word from a personal dictionary, open the dictionary with Windows Notepad and delete the line where the word appears.

Important Notes

System language dictionary words can't be removed. However, such words can be flagged as potential errors using danger dictionaries, providing a similar outcome.
Editing a dictionary file with another software than the MapSpeller™ spell-checker or Windows Notepad may corrupt such file.
Dictionaries are case-sensitive.
