Annual Maintenance

• Annual maintenance includes complementary upgrades and up to two support emails per license for 12 months.
• Annual maintenance for the first year is included with the purchase of non-ELA licenses of MapSpeller for ArcGIS®.
• Although the software will continue working for a number of years without current maintenance, Edgetech highly recommends organizations to keep their maintenance current to benefit from technical support and upgrades. Organizations having skipped maintenance and wanting to upgrade will be able to do so at the cumulative price of the skipped maintenance. So while skipping maintenance may be necessary because of temporary budget constraints, skipping it has no long term advantage and makes such organizations loose the benefit of having used the latest version all along.

• Taxes are not included. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
• The MapSpeller software is also available on CD for an additional $20 charge. The charge includes U.S. Postal Service First Class mailing within the USA.
• The ArcMap™ MapSpeller extension is compatible with both the Single User and Concurrent User versions of ArcView, ArcEditor™ and ArcInfo®.
• Although the MapSpeller software can be downloaded online, purchasing it online is not yet available.
• MapSpeller 3.0 is an ArcGIS 9.3.1 SP1 extension (Build 3500).
• ArcGIS 10 requires MapSpeller version 3.1, which is under development and is expected in the Fall of 2010.
